Sales Manager

A leading data and telecommunications company is seeking an experienced sales manager to manage a branch office.

This position will direct and manage the sales efforts of new system sales of the company's product line; manage, build and motivate sales staff to reach individual and team sales objectives; achieve branch sales goals.

Strong executive selling, negotiation and closing skills are required. Experience selling enterprise solutions where there are a multitude of influencers and decision makers is a plus. Our products and services are software based, and in some cases complex. Consequently, we require strong analytical ability and educational or practical experience that demonstrates this ability.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates will possess a minimum of 3-5 years successful sales and sales management experience within the telecommunications industry. Familiarity with PBX equipment required. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a history of progressively improving results and be comfortable developing innovative sales initiatives. Excellent oral and written communication skills, time management skills, team player and achievement motivated.

Our Sales Managers are paid a substantial base salary, plus commission and bonus. Car allowance and cell phone allowance are included. Benefits package includes paid vacation, 401K, Employee Stock Purchase Program and health benefits.
