JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Store Manager, flexibility is an important quality. There are no typical days and each day is filled with a variety of duties such as managing a staff, completing company reports, training and assisting the Customer Service Representatives with their duties and overall supervising the day-to-day store operations. In addition, it is your job to increase the company’s profitability through growth while at the same time insuring customer satisfaction. At times, you may work outside of the store visiting business partners or running related errands such as going to the bank.

REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to work a flexible schedule including Saturday's
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service industry
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced professional environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and good work history
- Prior management or supervisory experience helpful
- Computer literate
- Reliable Transportation to be used on a daily basis
- Valid State Driver’s License and Proof of Liability Insurance
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Successful pre-employment background check, credit check, and MVR check
- Prefer cash-handling, retail environment, collections, or customer relations/service experience
- Must be able to perform all areas of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
