Talent Tree is currently looking for a motivated, professional sales person to join our office.

Main focus of position would be on marketing, prospecting and cold calling of businesses in the area in order to sell placement of our associates.
This would involve using creative strategies, skill marketing phone calls and outside cold calling.

We need someone that can run with the ball,has a positive attitude and is not easily discouraged.

In office responsibilities would include the financial aspects of the branch-budget, required reports to managers, P&L statements and staff meetings to discuss plans of action.

Positive attitude, outgoing personality and solid organizational skills is what we are looking for.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate must have previous experience in outside sales.
Ability to develop, manage and increase sales with both new and existing customers.

Experienced in cold calling and able to work with all levels of personnel.

Intermediate skills needed in Microsoft Office software-Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Able to create and perform presentations for clients
