Sales / Leasing Specialist

C.L.A.S.S., Certified Leasing and Sales Specialists, located in Atlanta, GA, is the country's oldest and largest contract leasing company for the apartment industry. Traveling throughout the United States to assist owners of apartment communities and/or management companies increase their occupancies is our speciality. The position of Leasing Specialists is available for individuals that love to travel throughout the U.S. and enjoy meeting and working with new people everywhere they go.
Traveling is extensive, work on assignment for 35-45 days consecutively and then two weeks of paid vacation (up to 5 vacations a year!) Our Leasing Specialist focuses 100% on leasing while working and living on a particular community. They also will help incorporate marketing ideas and strategies. Airline provided, corporate apartment and rental car provided while on assignment.It is not required that you live in Atlanta, but you must fly to assignments from Atlanta. You will receive salary, bonuses, commissions, per diem, insurance and 401K.If you are responsible, enthusiastic, motivated and looking for a fun job that allows you to travel the U.S., let us hear from you.We are looking for candidates who are outgoing, energetic, motivated and professional in manner and appearance. Sales and marketing experience a plus, but not necessary.

REQUIREMENTS
