We have an exciting opportunity available for a CORPORATE EVENTS DIRECTOR in the Central MA area. The successful candidate will plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate our annual Gala. This is an exciting Black Tie affair.

Responsibilities include: fundraising/sales in the Central MA area, conducting market research, developing a marketing plan, coordinating event efforts, securing sponsors, building relationships, securing live and silent auction items, networking within the local area, and recruiting and retaining our valued volunteers.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years of successful fund raising, marketing or sales, and a background in recruiting, training, and managing volunteers. Organization, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must.

Candidates must be results driven with the ability to multi task. Candidates must also be willing and able to travel within the local area.
