JOB DESCRIPTION
The Account Executive is responsible for the development and execution of the sales process with specific target industry key accounts. This is a high level consultive sale to Fortune 1000/500 companies calling on C level executives. Solutions include education, training, retention, incentives, and employee performance improvement.

REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTSSeven years proven successful sales experience selling intangibles, services or consulting.Incentive/performance or incentive travel industry preferred.A working knowledge of current trends in the marketing professional services industry, a commitment to team work and superior customer service, and excellent presentation skills are required
Fortune 1000 and long sale cycle (9-18 months) experience a must
2+ significant sales accomplishments within the last 3 years/winner of sales awards
National Account or CRM software solutions sales a plus.
Average sales $500k+/Annual sales $2-$3 millionWill ONLY consider individuals with 3 jobs or less in the past 10 years due to the long term sales cycle in this industry
