Sales Engineer / Proposal Manager

Purpose: ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop customer opportunities by identifying risk, developing proposals, and negotiating orders.

- Create a Project plan for executing awarded orders.

- Manage all aspects of construction projects, from initial concept, through qualification, pricing, negotiation, booking, and planning.

- Able to evaluate bids and determine best alternatives to close a deal.

REQUIREMENTS

- 5-10 years experience managing pre-construction bid process for projects in excess of $100K.

- Proven negotiating skills including construction contract agreements.

- BS in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil) or Business with strong technical aptitude. Will consider Construction Management degree.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to operate in a fast paced environment with multiple project deadlines.
