Sales - District Sales Manager - Memphis Territory

Come join our dynamic sales team!We are looking for District Sales Manager to for the Memphis Territory. The DSM is responsible for the successful sale and support or our Commercial HVAC Electric Damper Actuators and Motorized Control Valves. Our Customer/Partner is the specialized community of commercial Control Contractors and Control Distributors.

This job requires a self starting personality which has the benefit of working from your home office and setting your own schedule. We have excellent market knowledge and planning tools but you are needed to personally add value to the sales/support cycle. The basic sales strategy is to maintain and grow our existing repeat business though service, relationship, product knowledge, and application knowledge. New business is acquired via this same strategy but is complimented with “pull through” sales efforts with End-Users and Consulting Engineers for the purpose of acquiring “flat specification” demand for our products. We have a deep network of sales support professionals and utilize team selling tactics to complement your individual efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
5 Years of proven track record in a sales and marketing position, or 5 years experience in the HVAC or related technical field. Strong organizational, inter-personal, and negotiation skills are required and strong communications and presentation skills are a must. MS Excel, MS Word, and other basic computer skills are necessary to manage your home office.
