JOB RESPONSIBILITY
As Sales Director, 80% of your job responsibility will be in outside sales.
Additionally, you will be responsible for:Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, with particular emphasis on key accounts through appointments, client lunches, cold calls, and presentations.
Attending and participating in networking events in order to establish and strengthen relationships with clients.
Working with the Regional Sales Manager to develop strategies for new business development.
Increasing sales opportunities through "consultative" techniques.
Gathering competitor information and gaining market intelligence.JOIN OUR TEAM
We offer an excellent salary, commission, incentive and benefit package, and an increased opportunity for growth.
Base salary range is $40,000 - $55,000. Commission and bonus plan are uncapped, based on performance. This job has unlimited earning potential
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will:Have a minimum of 2 years outside, business-to-business sales experience, preferably in a service industry.
Have perseverance and be sales-driven.
Have a sense of urgency and a sense of commitment, with strong, follow-up skills.
Have the ability and desire to “make things happen.”
Possess strong, personnel motivational skills.
Maintain a proven track record to meet targets, combined with high standards and a desire to be continuously challenged.
Demonstrate time management, scheduling and organizational skills.
Have strong, written and oral communication skills.
Be a highly motivated, energetic and quality-oriented individual.
Dynamic, high-energy personality. A leader who is hands-on, and leads by example.
