Sales: Director and Representative Positions

You will use your strong sales aptitude including networking & prospecting in a fast-paced fitness membership sales setting. In exchange for your results and effort, you can expect to receive compensation commensurate with your experience, other benefits as well as extensive professional development and training.
Base salary is $30,000/yr with possible commission/bonus in the range of $20,000-$30,000/yr.Currently this position is available in Bethel Park, PA. Also, position is available in Newington and West Hartford, CT.
Membership Sales Rep:

The Healthtrax Fitness Membership Sale Representative position is responsible for attainment of personal sales quotas. This position involves inside membership sales activities including, but not limited to the following tasks:*generating new membership leads*booking and confirming appointments by phone*conducting center tours*presenting rates*asking for the sale*handling objections*following-up with non-joins*servicing members
Base salary is $20,000/yr with possible commission/bonus in the range of $15,000-$25,000/yr.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements for these positions requires previous experience within the fitness, health and wellness industry is preferred. Demonstrated experience with establishing and surpassing performance goals/sales quotas, if possible. Must convey a professional image and maintain composure while managing customer complaints or concerns.
Please note this position requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. You must be willing and able to work at least 3 evenings per week and rotating weekend days. Keep in mind that you want to work when the greatest traffic is passing through the Center. That is how you earn money!
