Sales Development Representative

Amica Life Insurance Company located in Lincoln, RI is seeking Sales Development Representatives. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment selling life insurance and annuity products.

Life insurance production will focus on high levels of telephone activity in order to generate new business sales and conserve existing business. Must exhibit professional and effective phone sales abilities to prospective new business leads. Will perform assigned tasks at a high level of productivity. The available shifts are 9:00 AM to 4:45 PM and 12:15 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. The training is approximately eight to ten weeks and will take place during the daytime shift of 9:00 A.M to 4:45 P.M.

Professional telephone skills and the ability to handle increased call volume activity are required. Will also be required to successfully complete the Amica Life Training Program, and obtain and maintain state life/health licenses in all assigned areas. Applicants should be proficient with computers and type a minimum of 35 WPM. May be called upon to perform additional related job duties as assigned.
