Sales Coordinator

An interstate transportation and delivery company is now accepting applications for the position of Insides Sales Coordinator. This position is based out of the corporate office in Phoenix, AZ. A corporate office that last year was voted as one of the top 25 Best Places to work in Arizona.

Some of the responsibilities associated with this position include:

Collecting data and compiling reports on availability statistics for call center agents.

Maintaining and updating weekly schedule and attendance reports.

Tracking and updating all service requests in the system and forward to facilities.

Act as a backup for a Customer Service Senior Agent when needed.

Assist Sales Supervisor with other necessary administrative tasks or projects.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize multiple projects and complete them in a timely manner. You must have excellent computer and analytical skills. Prior experience in a call center environment or working in inside sales is a plus.
