Sales Compensation Analyst II
job description Position Description: Major Responsibilities:Administers Indirect national compensation plans within the national commissions system, including system setup and maintenance, payroll calculation, commissions calculation, etc. Handles all primary customer interaction, including researching data in national commissions system and order entry/billing system and identifying discrepancies. Responsible for knowledge of national compensation plans and impact of adjustments within the national commissions system. Researches and applies decision-making judgment to resolve moderately complex commission discrepancies. Provides and communicates resolution of commission issues to sales team. Reviews agent reports from commissions system to ensure accuracy of setup and hierarchy. Supports monthly reporting requirements. Understands and applies correct compensation plans and start-up rules for all positions required.Minimum Qualifications: (Job related skills, experience, and education): Bachelor’s degree preferred Three to five years related experience Excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to work within a team environment Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Experienced in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
