THIS FORTUNE 500 MANUFACTURING AND DISTRIBUTION LOCATED IN THE MIDWEST AREA IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR SALES CENTER BUSINESS MANAGER FOR THEIR GROWING AND STRONG OPPORTUNITIES.

Looking for 5-10 Years of Experience
Experience in Retail Department Management or Direct Store Delivery Sales Management

We are looking for experienced salespeople with proven leadership talent and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for helping your team increase sales volume, execute promotions and ensure that our products are delivered on time, in the right quantities, and displayed for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and implement scheduling and staffing/sourcing plan for Regional Sales Center.
? Point person for all Regional Sales Center retention initiatives Regional Sales Center Pointperson for national and local recognition programs
? Partner with Regional Sales Center in developing annual Selling Expense Plan
? Closely moniter, forecast and manage all controllable expenses
? Support new product introductions as necessary
? Complete ad hoc projects as necessary
? Analyze Regional Sales Center performance to identify growth and expense opportunities

Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree or related experience
