The position we are filling is, "Sales Associate", and will report to their District Sales Coordinator. Associates are expected to call on local businesses, use established referral program, develop broker market, and assist their District Sales Coordinator enroll established accounts.
REQUIREMENTS
Self-starter that understands "the sky is the limit." This is a sales position, so people skills are important. If you can talk to people, you can succeed at this job. Professional demeanor and appearance are important. With AFLAC's current marketing and advertising program, it makes your part easy. Everyone has the opportunity to move up to management as soon as they are capable.
