* Generating personal sales, and wedding registrations, to meet or exceed established personal and store goals.
* The Full Time floater position requires travel between stores.
* Providing a high level of personalized service to our customers, in a manner which demonstrates an understanding and sensitivity to their needs, and a mastery of selling skills.
* Maintaining store visual displays and standards for store presentation and readiness.
* Adhering to all operating and human resources policies and procedures.
* Completing administrative, organization and planning tasks as assigned.SKILLS, ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
* Experience in a specialty retail environment.
* Possess high energy.
* Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
