Sales Assistant - Entry Level

As a Sales Assistant, you will assist Sales and Marketing Manager with daily operations to increase group business. Duties include preparing and processing correspondence, contracts, BEO’s as well as other administrative duties. Ability to assist in the selling of group events
REQUIREMENTS
Requires a minimum of one year experience in sales and catering department of hotel or restaurant. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Delphi. Candidate must be self motivated and able to prioritize, multi-task, be organized and pay close attention to detail. Ability to exhibit strong customer relations and inter-departmental communication through our hotel partners necessary. Some nights and weekends may be required.
