Sales/ Assistant Branch Manager

DESCRIPTION
One of the nation's fastest growing, privately-owned businesses is seeking an entrepreneural, sales minded individual to join our amazing team in our Chandler office! Must be energetic, sales oriented, results-driven, friendly, and extremely self-motivated! Must work well in midst of chaos and enjoy a fast-paced, casual work environment!

Duties are as follows:
1. Development of business opportunities, sells to assigned clients and develops prospective clients of moderate size.
2. Establishes and maintains key client relationships.
3. Delivers customer service to existing and potential clients
4. Assists with advertising and public relations (including the development of industry and brand awareness)
5. Understands company operations, systems, and follows corporate procedures.
6. Leads the accounts receivable process.
7. Assists the Sales Manager in whatever way requested to ensure a smooth operation.
8. Participates in training new employees as necessary.
9. Recruits laborers, as needed, to fill job orders.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires a minimum one to two years business experience with one year in direct sales. Must be enthusiastic, flexible, pleasant, friendly, professional and well organized. Previous experience in a very busy, fast-paced environment necessary. Entrepreneurial spirit required. Bilingual in Spanish a Huge Plus! Critical skills include multi-tasking, ability to concentrate in the midst of chaos. Must be proficient with phones, fax machine, copy machine and computer.
