SALES FOR
ASSISTED LIVING SENIOR HOUSING

Work with families to provide solutions for the health and safety of their loves ones; give tours, guide and prequalify potential residents, schedule move-in date and obtain deposit; and travel daily within the community to obtain referrals. Duties include outside sales, marketing and relationship building with health care professionals, community networking groups and families. Utilize a planned sales strategy to gain maximum occupancy/revenue results and increase the awareness and reputation of our residence, Terrace Estates in Sheboygan.

We prefer 2+ years of outside sales experience in senior housing or health care, but all resumes will be considered. A bachelor's degree, great communication skills, a sense of urgency and well-developed customer service skills required. Must have empathy and compassion for older adults and families while working well within a team.
