SUPERVISOR INDIVIDUAL MARKETING (JOB # 14039)
Seattle, WA

Responsible for the inbound sales/outbound telemarketing operations required to support the sale of all individual/family and Medicare products offered by Regence Plans and Affiliates in the following role:
Facilitate and supervise support staff functions and activities, production of all departmental reporting, management of the CRM lead tracking system and special projects lead
REQUIREMENTS
Combine your operations management experience with the following skills:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Thorough knowledge of operations and health insurance industry preferred
Ability to work with minimal supervision, organize time and prioritize work
Work in a team environment
Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
Demonstrated operations management skills including effective planning, organizing and administration of multi-functional work responsibilities
Working knowledge of all aspects of Regence departmental activities, systems and procedures
Must be currently licensed, or must become licensed within 60 days of hire, to sell insurance (health, life, and/or disability) in the state or states where business is conducted
Incentive is paid based on enrollment per state; employee must be licensed for each state they receive incentive compensation
