STAFF DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Requires a Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in the subject area, preferably including training experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.SKILLS REQUIRED: TRAINING
NUTRITION & FOOD SVCS. SENIOR STAFF
Full-time, Days, , 40hrs/week
The primary responsibilities of this position include training new employees on departmental systems and business processes, working with department Managers to develop staff training programs, providing refresher training, conducting audits on existing employees, assisting employees with questions relative to our systems and processes and assisting with the development of departmental policies and procedures and training materials. This position will also function as the department’s Human Resource representative and as the department’s Serve Safe Certification Trainer. Seeking applicants with adult staff training experience, a Bachelor of Science degree with a minimum of two years training and Food/Nutrition Service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Registered Dietitians, Registry Eligible Dietitians and persons with Nutrition and Food Service experience are encouraged to apply.
SKILLS ALSO REQUIRED: HOSPITAL/HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE, PRESENTATION SKILLS, FOOD SERVICE, COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE
