SPECIAL AGENT BEST BUY FOR BUSINESS

Responsible for the installation, integration, and routine maintenance
of small office IT system running SBS 2003 with 10 devices of less.

Site evaluation: Identifies what infrastructure currently exist,
identifies any limitations with electrical, ventilation, or cabling that
will require resolution by the customer prior to installation.

Estimates required hours to complete project, and identifies where
additional resources will be required to complete installation.

Works with Business for Business and clients on any proposed
proprietary, software installation.

Develop required maintenance program for the client, and determine what
level of support will be required.

Provides Market support to installation and maintenance of complex IT
solutions sold by others and channels.

Trains Double Agents, CIA and PC sales staff to identify and hand off
customers with complex IT needs.
