SENIOR CONTROL ANALYST

THIS NATIONALLY KNOWN COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR A SEASONED MID LEVEL TO SENIOR LEVEL CONTROL ANALYST TO ADD TO ITS ALREADY TALENTED TEAM. THE POSITION IS LOCATED IN MCLEAN, VIRGINIA AND INCLUDES A VERY GENEROUS BENEFITS PACKAGE. THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WILL BE ADEPT WITH 4-7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN: Job Description: The candidate will function as an O&T Division BCP/EUC/SOX subject matter expert (SME). Desired skills include experience with Business Continuity planning, concepts, tools, business resiliency, disaster recovery and Freddie Mac IT systems and applications. The candidate should be knowledgeable of the corporate risk management practices for SOX, PWC and OFHEO using RCSA, Risk Navigator, KRPs, KPIs, and SIPOC. The candidate must be forward thinking with proven analytical and oral/written communication skills with a knowledge for developing and documenting procedures and SLAs. The candidate must be proficient with MS Access, using VBA to support database development and management reporting efforts. The candidate will be required to establish working relationships with our business partners and the Technical Risk Program Offices. The objective is to ensure our business partners meet corporate and division specific compliance standards for (but not limited to), the following Technical Risk Activities:

REQUIRED SKILLS: • Facilitate BIA Surveys by providing the appropriate guidance to our business partners for identifying and evaluating their risk exposure • Facilitate or develop Business Continuity Plans, maintain LDRPS and Call Trees • For recovery purposes, understand our business partner’s technical and process architecture • Facilitate BCP exercise planning and testing • Coordinate and generate departmental management reporting • Support the development and maintenance of the Risk Framework Database to gain efficiencies in reporting risk data to management • Facilitate the development of SLAs to support the appropriate Tier level recovery for our business partners • Create SLAs between TRM and our business partners • Develop departmental procedures, best practices and check lists • Track and monitor all deliverables and objectives for TRM to ensure timely completion • Perform EUC tracking and risk analysis reviews • Monitor and manage SOX EUC Compliance • Promote EUC documentation requirements • Validate our business partners Quarterly Risk Assessments for BCP/EUCs • Facilitate/provide Technical Risk training as deemed appropriate
