SEG Development Officer

TCU is currently seeking a SEG Development Officer to develops and maintain positive, professional relationships with Travis Credit Union Select Employer Groups (SEGs), members and potential members. Generates deposit and loan balances for TCU by serving existing SEGs and recruiting new ones in order to promote TCU products and services to meet the financial business needs of the Selected Employer Groups and their employees.
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS degree in communications, business or marketing preferred or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5 years marketing experience. Minimum 2 years business development experience. Credit union or financial institution marketing preferred. Excellent PC skills to include Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent public speaking skills and the ability to effectively facilitate presentations. Ability to interact with diverse groups of people including members, potential members, employees and SEG contacts in a professional and diplomatic manner. Thorough understanding of all Credit Union products, services, and overall operation and mission. Excellent organization skills and the ability to work independently and multi-task with minimal supervision, while effectively identifying, organizing and prioritizing multiple projects. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Requires attending meetings and responding to issues during evenings and/or weekends. Travel and overnight stays may be required.
