Dotomi, Inc. is seeking an ambitious individual with strong analytical, communication, and business skills to join our growing and vibrant business. This individual will be responsible for the development and generation of predictive models (response, conversion, etc.), online marketing performance measurement methodologies, and campaign optimization reporting. The individual must be proficient in SAS and have strong SQL skills.

Job Description
• Develop campaign/account measurement and reporting. Work directly with account management, sales, and clients to develop and articulate campaign metrics and results.
• Generate predictive and CHAID models for response and online conversion targeting. Work with SAS and/or KnowledgeStudio to develop models.
• Work with Technology team to develop data warehousing, reporting, and modeling requirements.

Education and Experience:
• MA in economics, statistics, operations research or related field a plus.
• 3-5 years relevant work experience in marketing analytics, online or offline direct marketing, or related function
• Strong working knowledge of analytics and testing methodologies
• Proficient in SAS with strong SQL skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
