SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Position Description We are an established fabricator of Countertop Surfaces in the northwest suburbs with a reputation for integrity, quality and responsive service. We are seeking a hands-on sales professional to lead the acquisition of new accounts in the mid to high-end home building and remodeling marketplace in metro-Chicago. We seek a persistent, yet professional influencer with a track record for acquiring new accounts.ResponsibilitiesGenerating and closing proposal opportunities with new and existing accounts.Maintaining a steady steam of new prospects.Maintain and review activity records to monitor personal progress in sales cycle activities.Developing referrals from industry contacts.Follow up on sales leads generated from marketing efforts.Building rapport with decision makers and influencers.Provide ongoing feedback to management on market trends and competitive landscape.About Stonecrafters Stonecrafters is an established, rapidly growing custom stone fabricator in the northwest suburbs with a reputation for integrity, quality and responsive service. We sell and deliver our product to homebuilders in metropolitan Chicago.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Stonecrafters offers an outstanding benefits package, including a Base salary commensurate with experience plus commission, vacation, Holidays, Health Insurance.
REQUIREMENTS
3 years minimum outside business-to-business sales experience with consultative approach preferably in the counter top industry.Experience selling to Home Builders preferableProven track record in new account acquisition.Bachelor’s degree preferred.
