Metabolic Research Center, a weight loss company with primarily female clientele, is looking for
individuals with a passion for making their clients look & feel their
best! Must be professional, courteous, & friendly w/excellent sales,
customer service, & communication skills. Interest in weight loss,
nutrition, medical, health, counseling, naturopathy, or physical
fitness helpful.

Full Time positions are available in our Lee's Summit and Overland Park centers. Will train
right person.

REQUIREMENTS
High level of sales and customer service. Level 2 & 3 Consultants teach educational and motivational classes. Proactively assist clients in losing and learning to maintain a healthy weight range.

Learn all aspects of weight loss program, products and center procedures.

On-going education of nutrition, medical, physical fitness, herbs and
vitamins, sales and customer service techniques.

Perform sales presentations and enrollment.
Manage sales leads.

Conduct client weigh-ins, evaluating and documenting client’s progress. Motivates
and encourages client to achieve goals.

Develop familiarity with definitions of medical disorders and most commonly used drugs.

Perform various office duties including daily paperwork, managing inventory, and general front desk procedures, as necessary.

Ability to motivate others.
Maintain professional appearance.
Possess Problem solving skills.
Team player.
Willingness to lead by example.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:
High school Diploma or GED. Will train right person.

Salary:
Negotiable hourly wage based on education and experience plus sales commissions and eligibility for monthly bonus. Annual income $25 - $50K.
