Sales Coaches for the business team are responsible for influencing Dell sales environment to maximize use of multiple DFS financing products. Deliver training and coaching to improve Dell reps closing techniques that increase the use of DFS Payment Products. Ability to work non-standard work weeks, overtime when requested. Strong leadership skills, basic computer and software knowledge, and the ability to work in a high stress environment are required. Prefer any combinatinon equivalent to graduation from High School with a minimum of three years experience in sales or customer service.
