Also works closely with customers inquiring about canceling wireless service, ensures customer satisfaction by offering alternative solutions, resolves customer service inquiries and concerns, proactively makes outbound calls to ensure proper billing and service satisfaction, and provides information on products, services, coverage area, promotions and store locations and hours. Other duties as assigned.Minimum Annual Pay: $18,300.00
Minimum Hourly Pay: $8.80There is no relocation package offered for this position.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements:Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to demonstrate successful negotiation skills, good defusing techniques for difficult situations, ability to work in a fast pace environment, multi-task and make sound decisions; proper discretion in evaluating/elevating customer issues; display sensitivity to customer service needs; abilility to be a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work a flexible schedule.Education:High School Diploma or equivalent required.Experience:0-2 years total experience; 0-1 year customer service and/or sales experience.Qualifications:College degree desired. CBIS or Virtuoso II experience a plus.
