SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER (Chemicals - US)

Our client, a leading manufacturer of specialty in-process raw materials for the chemical-related industries, is seeking an Account Manager to manage their business with customers in the Southern US. This position is responsible for sales of catalyst products to large specialty chemical, petrochemical and refinery customers.

This high visibility opportunity is ideal for an aggressive professional with technical experience in the specialty chemical, petrochemical or refinery industries, who is looking to begin or expand his sales career.

Position is located in Kentucky or Texas.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Management of existing sales to customers in the Southern United States
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers with key accounts and prospects.
Achieve sales goals as defined in sales plans and forecasts.
REQUIREMENTS
BS degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
1+ years experience in the specialty chemicals, polymers, petrochemicals or refinery industries.
Willingness to travel as much as is required.
