As a Recruiting Manager, you will work in all areas of the recruiting process from selling our services to prospective clients to placement of highly qualified accounting and finance professionals. In a sales capacity, you will market to clients by phone for the purpose of prospecting new business and identifying permanent placement needs. Recruiting functions include locating top talent, interviewing applicants, consulting with applicants on industry trends and placing applicants on a permanent basis. Individuals in this position work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual sales growth goals.
