Position Title: Retail Senior Sales Associate (This position is represented by the CWA) Location: Chandler Fashion Place; Chandler, AZ Compensation: Up to $43,000 (base + commission) + benefits DOE Essential Job Function and Responsibilities: As a Retail Senior Sales Associate you will be working in a Qwest Solutions Center selling products and services to meet the needs of new and established Qwest customers. You will be responsible for the following: Handling customer inquiries in regards to Qwest product offerings, pricing, billing etc. Meeting established sales objectives by selling Qwest products and services Assisting Kiosk Manager in training and developing new employees Assisting Kiosk Manager by resolving operational day to day issues and handling customer escalations Assisting Kiosk Manager in maximizing sales and profitability through focusing on key business initiatives, store presentation, marketing execution, inventory management, customer service, loss prevention, risk management, and daily operational cost control Completing operational duties, including paperwork and sales reports as they relate to store opening and closing Assigning duties to other employees to insure efficient operation of the kiosk Providing direction on work functions to Retail Sales Associates Adhering to Qwest policies and procedures as they relate to Retail kiosk employees Basic Experience/Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent 2 + years of retail sales experience Ability to stand in an enclosed area 100% of your shift while assisting customers Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong communication skills Excellent customer service and sales skills Strong computer skills Preferred Skills: Telecommunications knowledge Retail sales experience as a key holder If selected for this position, you will be required to attend a 3 week New Hire Training class in Denver, COAs a dedicated employee, you are one of Qwest's most important assets.
