We are seeking experienced Sales Professionals to work at our showroom store location at the Avenues East Cobb.

Sales professionals confidently sell our high-end, adjustable firmness air mattresses (Sleep Number® Beds). The right candidates will succeed under a tried & proven, highly evolved, state of the art selling system.

Responsibilities:
Improve people's lives!
Conduct sales demonstrations of Sleep Number ® Beds and Accessories.
Present accurate and interesting product information
Follow sales presentation procedures.
Implement creative ideas to generate leads
Ensure excellent customer service for all Select Comfort customers.
Follow-up with customers
Achieve personal and store sales goals.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Proven sales track record (several years successful sales experience preferred)
Retail, large ticket, and commission sales experience strongly preferred.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills required.
High energy, enthusiasm, and motivated demeanor required
Excellent customer service skills required.
Team focused attitude required.
Ability to work a 40 hour work week which will include a combination of day, evening, and weekend “mall retail hours” required.
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalency required. Additional education and training strongly preferred.
