In addition to base pay, this position has an annual incentive opportunity of $11,100 at 100% of goal.We are looking for outgoing, friendly Retail Sales Consultants to meet or exceed sales objectives by assisting store patrons, selling products and services to current consumers, and actively soliciting new customers through inside sales, outside events, and outbound marketing efforts. Use your proven customer service ability, excellent communication skills, and strong computer knowledge to guide new customers through the purchasing decision and activation process and educate them about their new product and/or service. Sales representatives must be flexible to work retail hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
