The Role:
Join the Ticketmaster Retail Distribution Team! Ticketmaster has an extensive retail presence worldwide with more than 6,500 partners in high-profile locations. We are looking for an energetic person to assist in researching and expanding our retail presence in Ticketmaster markets worldwide. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced ever changing environment and play a key strategic role in Ticketmaster Retail Distribution expansion initiatives. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•Responsible for reviewing, analyzing and evaluating business needs for the Retail Outlet department both domestically and internationally.
•Conduct geographic and demographic market analysis of current retail network and make recommendations for changes to improve the retail business.
•Conduct analysis of retail business issues and challenges and create business solutions and prioritization.
•Provide market intelligence pertaining to the retail network.
•Work closely with finance to understand data, reporting and analysis needs. Work on developing and improving reports and processes to better understand our retail business.
•Work with key members of our team in the planning and execution of our retail distribution strategy.
•Develop general research, positions and supporting reports pertaining to contract management operations.
•Create internal and external presentations regarding retail business trends and opportunities.
•Use retail experience and market intelligence to implement programs and solutions to enhance and expand the retail distribution network.
•Partner with senior leadership to present analysis and research findings
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree from accredited University/College
•4+ years of analysis experience, preferably in a retail analysis environment
•Demonstrated success in performing detailed retail analysis in a dynamic work environment
•Strong analytic and strategic capabilities
•Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills
•Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
•Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills
•Team player with ability to influence senior management and work across functional groups
•Strong Internet research skills
•Strong inter-personal skills
