Europe Express is one of the most respected wholesale tour operators in the United States providing top notch service to travel agents and consumers with individual and group travel vacation packages to Europe, Asia, South Pacific, Central and South America. We currently have several openings for Reservations Specialists!

The responsibility of the Reservations Specialist is to provide outstanding customer service to our direct consumers and travel agents. Assist in itinerary planning, answer questions, and provide accurate information regarding our various vacation packages, price quotes, and special promotions.

Primary Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from direct consumers and travel agents.
Qualify the consumer, answer questions, provide recommendations and assist with itinerary planning, offer upgrades, sightseeing options, travel insurance, etc.
Use various sales techniques to close the sale.
Provide outstanding customer service to consumers and travel agents on existing bookings.
REQUIREMENTS
Reservations Specialist

Qualifications & Skills include:
High School Graduate or equivalent required.
Travel Industry Experience or Schooling preferred.
Excellent telephone customer service and sales skills a must!
Proactive and self motivated individual.
Excel in a team environment.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and often changing environment.
Experience with Apollo or Amadeus a plus.
