Hire Direct is a Direct Hire, Executive Search firm based in Alpharetta Georgia - A division of Hire Dynamics. We work on Contained and Contingent type search work.

Our firm specializes in placing mid to senior level executives in two primary areas of focus:

Call Center: Sales or Customer Service – Managers, Directors, VP level professionals
Sales: various industries for Inside and Outside Sales Professionals, Sales Managers, Directors and VP level professionals

As a Researcher at Hire Direct, you will be responsible for helping grow our business by identifying and screening new candidates. This person will show tenacity and be extremely proactive, using daily cold calling to identify these new prospects. The Researcher will be entrepreneurial and need to start from scratch to enter the screened candidates into a database. We are looking for our first team member that will lead our Talent Acquisition Process. “TAP”
REQUIREMENTS
The Researcher will need to meet the following requirements:
Ideally come from a sales background and knowledge base
Have direct sourcing experience
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting research experience
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with email and Word
Strong knowledge of various tools - internet, search engines and databases
