Ideal candidate must be able to tell a great story, write conversationally to video and be a positive, team player. Must be able to work independently, develop sources and be a self-starter. No beginners.
Our news bureau is located on the campus of Isothermal Community College in Spindale, NC. This is a bureau position. If you are not interested in working a bureau, do not apply.
REQUIREMENTS
BA in Journalism or related field. Previous on-air television experience.
Previous experience shooting and editing videotape. Strong writer and on-air communicator. Technical knowledge of editing and photo equipment. Valid drivers license.
