Rental Sales Representative

Ohio CAT, the Caterpillar dealer for the state of Ohio, is a leader in the heavy equipment and diesel engine industries, with 14 locations and approximately 1000 employees statewide. Our continuing success has opened new opportunities company-wide. To address them, we are seeking an individual to start their career off with us as a Rental Sales Representative for our Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region.This position is responsible for representing rent-to-rent and new and used equipment sales in a defined geographic territory with the ultimate goal of consistently increasing customer base and rental revenue of new and used equipment sales.

REQUIREMENTS
We require a self motivated, energetic, detail-minded individual with good analytical and excellent communication skills, who can work effectively with customers and staff, as well as on an independent basis under a sales commission structure.We are looking for an individual looking to start their sales career with an excellent organization in an excellent industry. A HS graduate will be required with some higher education preferred. 0 to 2 years maximum of sales experience preferred as this is a career starting position. Any construction and/or lift equipment industry experience is a plus.
