Relationship Manager

The Jay Group is a progressive company providing marketing logistics that deliver the brand experience to Fortune 1000 companies. Our services include turnkey fulfillment, specialty packaging and contact center and they allow us to effectively bring marketing programs to market. This position plays a key role and functions as the liason between us and our client, enhancing communications, providing analysis, resolving issues, and increasing sales as appropriate.a. Responsible for the Core Team that supports programs and processes conducted by TJG on behalf of our client.
b.Oversee the development of new projects with Account Managers and other internal departments as required.c.Expert on TJG processes, procedures and requirements.
d. Foster a team-building approach with external clients and internal departments and provide leadership by example and presence.e.Empowered to provide immediate solutions.f. Act as central processing point for new programs, changes, and reporting needs.g.Hold weekly team meetings and provide immediate communications conduit for client support and issues.
REQUIREMENTS
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Business or experience in related field preferred.2.Excellent communication skills.3.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required and OMS skills preferred.4.Good organization and analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.5.Ability to define a problem, collect data, establish facts and audit procedures to draw valid conclusions.6.Willing to travel for client visits and enjoy daily client contact.
