Regional Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a talented individual to work for us in the following position:

OUTSIDE SALES - REGIONAL SALES REPRESENATIVE

The position entails:
• Setting appointments via phone (cold calling)
• Doing one-on-one and group sales presentations (8 to 10 per week)
• Generating new sales and meeting quotas and goals
• Extensive travel within territory (typically statewide)
• Some overnight travel

REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory requirements for the position are:
• Minimum 2 years outside successful sales experience to direct customers / end users
• Prior experience working from home office
• Proficiency with Internet, Email, MS-Office, etc.
• Ability to travel (including overnight)
• Prior experience setting up and performing multiple group presentations per week
• Excellent presentation skills
• Knowledge of the real estate industry
