About The Company



We are working with a company that specializes in engineered products for the medical industries. They are recognized experts in OEM manufacturing, partnering with their customers to deliver real-world solutions. They specialize in orthopedic industry.



About The Position:



The Regional OEM Sales Manager will be the primary point of contact for the company's top strategic OEM customers in the Southeast and will be responsible for implementing the corporate account sales strategy to achieve sales objectives. You will have the responsibility to call on medical device manufacturers and sell medical device manufacturing services and devices. The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker and a problem solver that can sell and manage the overall corporate business relationship between the company and its OEM customers in order to drive customer sales and profit initiatives to achieve OEM goals.



Qualifications:



The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a leading medical device manufacturer with a proven track record of success and meeting sales objectives. The individual will be a high-energy self-starter who is comfortable working in a lean entrepreneurial environment and sets aggressive goals.

Requirements



· 5-10 years of successful sales experience in medical products

· A BS or BA degree in a supporting discipline from a four-year college. Advanced degrees are a plus.

· Successful sales record in medical devices, especially in an OEM capacity.

· Experience with orthopedic sales is preferred.

· Experience in multi-level, major account based sales.

· Ability to multi-task while managing various objectives.

· Ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of people having varying backgrounds, education, and experience.

· Well versed in contract negotiations
