Regional Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Northern Los Angeles up to Bakersfield to supervise and manage the regional Sales Representatives. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and train sales reps to assure they are developing and maintaining long-term relationships with auto dealers. You will assist reps and dealerships in expediting business, monitor/track reports to enhance productivity and performance and attend dealership sales and general training meeting with sales staff.
REQUIREMENTS
The RSM position requires 3-5 years of related sales experience with previous supervisory/management experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills and good organizational skills required. Successful candidate must be able to handle customers with tact and diplomacy and possess strong presentation skills. Strong knowledge of the auto lending industry essential.
