Description:


- Keep in daily contact with all sales reps.
- Provide on-going training.
- Follow sales goals versus budget.
- Execute and formulate program offerings.
- Build customer morale and satisfaction.
- Work with various Operations Managers and Key Account Managers on all aspects of sales and distribution.
- Work with area General Managers daily
- Track Inventory
- Report product quality
- Drive Sales!!
- Run daily/weekly sales and inventory reports.
- Increase Profits!
- Travel 40% - 60%.



Requirements:

- Bachelors Degree in a business or related business field.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably to retailers in the home improvement business.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage and train 10 – 12 sales reps.
- Ability to manage your time and work independently.
- Prior experience with sales forecasting and budgeting.
- Desire to work with others.
- Know and control costs.
- Possess strong analytical and management skills.
