Regional Advertising Managers

Ashley Furniture HomeStores, LLC is currently recruiting for experienced advertising professionals to become Regional Advertising Managers. These positions are based at corporate headquarters in Arcadia, WI and report to the Advertising Director.

Regional Advertising Managers interact across all levels of management in an effort to coordinate local and national advertising plans for Ashley HomeStores nationwide.

Responsibilities:
~ Assist in development plans for advertising for existing and new HomeStores retail locations.
~ Assist in development of advertising training manuals for retail store client base.
~ Educating new HomeStores on advertising plans
~ Implementation of strategic marketing plans
~ Completing local/regional competitive analysis
~ Developing Store Grand Openings and quarterly media plans
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
~ Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or similar business related field
~ Minimum of 3 years of prior advertising experience in a retail environment
~ Experience in purchasing media preferred
~ Strong negotiation skills
~ Outstanding written and Oral communication
~ Ability to adapt to change quickly, and handle multiple tasks at once
~ Well versed in Microsoft Office and Excel
~ Strong math skills preferred
~ Some travel required, nationwide.
