Recruiting Manager in Growing and Dynamic Staffing Firm!

Accountants, Inc., San Francisco, seeks a talented and dedicated Recruiting Manager to join our
established and successful team.

In this role, your responsibilities will include recruiting top-tier talent in the market, client relations and placement processes. This position requires a confident recruiter to source/recruit candidates, conduct in-person interviews, and to network and interface with accounting and finance professionals. You will consult with CFO's, VP's of Finance, Controllers, Accounting Managers and other hiring authorities regarding staffing needs and hiring trends.

REQUIREMENTS
As the ideal candidate, your skills and experiences will include:

Minimum of 3-5 years corporate business experience or business-to-business sales experience

Demonstrated ability to recruit and interview mid-career to management level professionals - ideally in the Accounting and Finance arena

Experience making outbound phone calls and conducting in-person client presentations

Strong, consultative negotiating and closing skills

Consistent passion to prospect and network for referrals, establish business relationships and position company for future business

Drive to stand out in an entrepreneurial team environment

Self-starter with outstanding written and oral communication skills

Desire to learn, work within a team, adhere to best practices and respect legal requirements

B.A. or B.S. degree preferred

Accounting or finance knowledge, a plus
