REQUIREMENTS
At Global, our Recruiters are some of the best in business! Each year, as our business expands, our need for talented, high-energy recruitment professionals grows. We would like you to be a part of our team. We’re looking for sales professionals, just like you who:
·1-year minimum Recruiting or Business to Business (B2B) sales experience in a performance driven environment.
·Goal oriented with a proven track record of success.
·Ability to build and cultivate strong professional relationships
·Utilize the Internet, internal databases, referrals, and cold sourcing of businesses in the following industries: Information Technology, Healthcare, Finance/Accounting, Industrial/Manufacturing, Retail, and Clerical.
·Have the ability to multitask and excel in a fast, high stress environment
·Have the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
·Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
