Recruiter

Recruit to fill positions that require clearances to include sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, assessment, and extending offers; coordinate advertising; conduct new hire orientations; and other responsibilities as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years recruiting experience working in a high volume full lifecycle recruitment environment preferred.
• Ability to creatively source a diverse applicant pool.
• Must be able to interact well with senior level management, internal and external contacts.
• Demonstrate time management skills.
• Must have a professional work ethic and be consistently proactive.
• Ability to make decisions based on relevant information, and to understand oral and written instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
