REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - Atlanta, GA
Reporting to the Vice President, Direct Sales, sell HealthMedia Inc.'s lifestyle products, disease management products and custom solutions to pharmaceutical, healthcare, insurance companies and employers by developing new prospects and working with established customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Manage the sales process for an assigned territory/accounts to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual quotas
•Identify and sell HMI products and custom solutions to key account decision makers
•Generate leads through cold calling, seminar presentations, meetings, trade shows and other lead generation activities
•Manage sales process from introduction through delivery
•Manage day to day customer needs
•Negotiate successful contracts
•Interfacing with partner organizations as necessary to generate leads and close business
•Keep informed on new products and industry trends pertinent to specific client(s)
•Have a clear understanding of legal and privacy requirements of product line
•Achieve assigned business measurements including: sales calls, pipeline growth, win rates, average deal size, etc…
•Track and maintain record / reports on all phases of sales activities
•Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or equivalent work experience in business or sales management
•Minimum 5 years experience of Enterprise selling
•Proven, consistent track record of exceeding financial objectives
•Strong passion, high energy and enthusiasm for growth
•Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to self-start and work independently
•Ability to manage all aspects of sales process / activities
•Advanced presentation and marketing skills
•Able to manage and set priorities for multiple tasks
•Ability to work from a home office
•Willingness to travel up to 50%
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•Master’s degree in business or related field
•Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical and/or software sales
•Experience using sales database tool - Salesforce.com
