Quote Coordinator

We are ISO 9001:2000 certified.The Quote Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Senior Quote Coordinator in generating, tracking and communicating quoting activities for new and existing customers including documentation, quality and manufacturing issues. The ideal candidate should have a thorough knowledge and working background in PCB manufacturing, component level technical understanding and have excellent customer service skills.? Review internal and customer supplied documentation for accuracy and completeness, considering manufacturing processes.
? Data entry of customer parts and bills of materials.
? Interface with external customers in order to obtain appropriate computer files and documents.
? Interface with internal and external customers to effectively resolve documentation, quality and production issues.
o Assist in generating full turnkey quotations, including labor, material costs and lead times.
o Prepares information for internal use according to documented procedures.
o Provides support for production-including communication and planning services.
? Preparation and data entry of customer quotes.
? Initial scrubs of part numbers for accuracy.
? Prepares standard routings.
? Monitor pending quote items for completion, download into customer format and prepare for sending.
? Assist in preparing final quote packages and submits to Senior Management for approval.
? Handles projects and other assignments in support of production.
? Keeps record of all completed activities.
? Develops and documents improved procedures.
? REQUIREMENTS
o High School Diploma or GED.
o Two (2) year degree required – (technical or engineering degree preferred) or equivalent experience.
o Electronics manufacturing experience required.
